Yeah, Sometimes I'll blow clouds in the bottle with the freezing water and ly the bottle on it's side. I can step on the bottom end which pushes the cap end up letting the smoke into the hose and into my pisshole filling my bladder. Or, step on the middle or cap end and the pickup tube will be submerged and send ice water or piss inside
